Every new client begins with a 15-minute consultation that costs $26, with a $25 deposit required. Starter loc pricing depends on the length and density of the hair, and a consultation is recommended before children's starter locs.

Maintenance can be paired with a simple style such as two strand, rope twists, barrel rolls, a ponytail, bantu knots or a simple bun, or with a more detailed look like loc knots, fishtail braids, pinwheels, mohawks or petals. Half-head maintenance is also offered. Loc maintenance with color includes bleach, and clients bring their own color unless it is arranged otherwise. Simple-style maintenance includes complimentary shampoo.

Visit terms are direct. Appointment times are estimates that can shift with hair length, density, texture, condition and style complexity. Services are final sale, and any concern must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the service total, and a card kept on file is charged only for no-shows or those short-notice cancellations. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests should stay with their client during the appointment.
