The menu is organized into color, haircuts, loc services, locs, natural styling, and wash and treatments. Loc work includes consultations, repairs, loc styles, starter locs, microloc and sistaloc retie and install, traditional and interloc maintenance, and loc extensions. Color covers consultation, full color, highlights and lowlights, pre-lightening, and color correction. Natural styling ranges from twists and braids to updos, and crochet and twists with hair added are also offered.

Booking has a few set steps. A loc consultation is required before a microloc install or loc extensions, and a $100 deposit taken at that consultation holds the install date. New color clients book a color consultation before coloring, and color correction also needs one first. Saturday services are by appointment only, and the salon is open Monday through Friday with Saturday hours in the morning and closed on Sundays. Clients aged 12 and up are served.

Payment can be made in cash, by Zelle, or by card. Card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee that goes to the payment processor rather than the business. No-shows and late cancellations for services booked within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee, and a card locked over an unpaid fee must have that fee settled before another appointment can be booked.

Crochet and twists with hair added require the client to supply their own hair. The portfolio includes interloc maintenance, barrel twists, kinky twists, rods on locs, petal buns, rope twists, and color work.
