Shoppers can choose from more than 1,500 wigs across the two locations. Human Remy options come in Indian Remy, Brazilian, and European virgin hair, and the range also includes synthetic, human, and blended styles from Jon Renau, Envy Wigs, Raquel Welch, Rene of Paris, Henry Margu, and Ellen Wille. Ready-to-wear pieces, toppers, toupees, medical specialty wigs, chemo wigs, and specialty hairpieces are available as well. A technician personalizes every wig from stock at no charge, on site.

Custom wigs and hairpieces are handmade to the client's specifications. An order begins with an in-store consultation, then covers style, color combination, cap construction, hair type and density, and the piece is fitted to head measurements. Cap options include lace, monofilament, silk top, thin skin, polyurethane, hand tied, open top and machined. Custom pieces typically start around $2,500 and usually take 12 to 16 weeks, and human hair wigs and toppers start at $800. Special orders are reviewed with the client at pickup, and color changes can be made before leaving the store. Trims and length alterations are complimentary for the lifetime of a piece, with same-day cuts when possible.

Non-surgical hair replacement systems range from daily wear to extended wear and are custom designed and serviced. Women's systems can be applied in full or partial bonded form, with color and texture matching, bonding maintenance and reapplications, and styling guidance. Men's bonded systems are customized to lifestyle, hairline and density, and include routine maintenance, cleaning, re-bonding and grooming. Men's full wigs, full coverage systems and hairpieces for fine or sparse areas on top are also offered. The business serves clients with alopecia and temporary hair loss from chemotherapy, and the standard consultation is $25, with complimentary consultations for clinical need including alopecia and chemotherapy.

Appointments are not required but are recommended to reduce waiting on arrival, and walk-ins are welcome. A typical visit runs about 60 minutes, and both locations offer private or semi-private fitting areas. Live virtual consultations by Zoom or FaceTime are available for clients who cannot visit, with the consultation fee applied to any purchase. The Alpharetta location is downtown near GA 400, a few blocks from Avalon. The West Palm Beach location is on Okeechobee Blvd, just off I-95. Both are open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Clients outside the service areas can shop online.
