The salon says it aims to give every guest a luxury experience. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged half of the service fee, and a no-show is cancelled automatically and charged the full fee. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may lose their appointment at the stylist's discretion, and booking means agreeing to this cancellation policy.
Pricing for balayage and highlights depends on the products used and the time needed, which is shaped by hair length, density and texture. A full balayage blends soft highlights into natural roots and is not a full blonde change; clients seeking that change are directed to high impact blonding, which starts with a consultation. Box color corrections also require a consultation before any service is booked. On virgin hair a permanent color can lift up to four shades, so drastic lightening needs a double process rather than a single process color.
Invisible Bead Extensions are offered with a consultation, bead adjustments, removal and tinsel. Reinstalls and two-row installs are for returning clients only, and new guests are asked to book a consultation first. Bead adjustments are for returning clients as well and are not a full maintenance visit.
