Glen Burnie, on Ritchie Highway, is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. The Canton location on Boston Street is closed on Mondays, open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 8pm, and open Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Service packages are priced according to hair needs and chosen style, so prices vary from guest to guest.

New guests can book a free 15-minute consultation. Stylists talk through hair type, texture and needs before building a customized hair care plan. Guests can book without requesting a particular stylist, and the salon will follow up by text. A stylist match survey can also help guests find a good fit at either location. Curly and coily clients have haircut appointments booked with extra time, and a chart on the site helps choose the right package.

Appointments carry no mandatory deposit and no cancellation fee. Unconfirmed appointments move to the wait list 24 hours before the scheduled time. The salon says it guarantees guest satisfaction and will make things right if a guest is not completely happy with a visit. Gift cards are available.

The salon says healthy hair is the foundation of beautiful hair, and its goal is to maintain hair health and integrity.
