The menu runs from children's cuts and women's and men's cuts through to color, relaxers, braids, twists, locs, wig restoration and keratin smoothing. Color services include deep conditioning, and a cocktail deep conditioner is also offered as a personalized treatment on its own. Several services are priced by hair thickness, length or time, so a consultation is available to talk through what a future appointment will include. Special occasion curls and updos are discussed with the stylist before booking.

Bookings go through GlossGenius. House calls are available with a $50 deposit, and must be arranged by contacting the salon directly before booking. Extensions start at $1,000 and vary in price, with a consultation arranged the same way. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within six hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
