Every booking includes a thorough professional consultation. The salon says most of its treatments are non-invasive or minimally invasive and need little to no downtime, though recovery time depends on the treatment. Facials may be repeated monthly, and how often depends on the service and the individual.

Waxing is performed with the Nufree Nudesse system, a botanical formula that the salon says behaves differently from conventional wax and does not adhere to the skin. According to the salon, the method originated more than 25 years ago as a way for plastic surgeons to clear hair from patients ahead of operations.

A non-refundable deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the total cost. Packages and memberships bundle popular treatments at a discount. Rescheduling or canceling needs at least 24 hours' notice, with a 50% fee for shorter notice. Arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit, and a no-show must pay 50% of the booked service before booking again.
