The Face Reality Acne Boot Camp combines in-clinic treatments with a tailored at-home Face Reality routine, and it starts with a 90-minute consultation and facial that includes a detailed acne history review. A teen acne program offers professional treatments, homecare and ongoing support, with plans approved by a parent. The business describes its Clear Skin Method as clinically proven and says many clients have cleared their skin through it; that is the business's own claim.

Facials range from a 60-minute maintenance facial to a 90-minute customized facial, and several include LED therapy or dermaplaning.
