Color work starts with a consultation, which is required before booking any color appointment and is required for color correction. New color clients pay a $50 deposit to secure the appointment, applied to the total on the day. Deposits can be sent by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, are non-refundable, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice.

Listed prices are starting points. The final price can rise with hair length and density, and the salon charges by the number of product bowls used, with each bowl beyond the included amount costing $20. Every service includes a wash and style. Updos are priced after a consultation. Walk-ins are accepted, though booking ahead is preferred, and appointments can be requested through an online form that a team member confirms by contact.

Clients who are not satisfied with a service can contact the salon within seven days of the appointment to talk through a resolution. All services and retail products are final sale.
