The menu is all hair. Services include haircuts, bangs and fringe trims, and a children's haircut for ages 10 and under that is done with scissors only and takes about 45 minutes. Color options run from gloss and toner refreshes and root retouches to full solid color, partial highlights, balayage, and a combined highlight and balayage service. Bleaching covers full bleach root retouches and a bleach-out service that includes a complimentary haircut or trim. Treatments include a Brazilian blowout, deep conditioning and a scalp detox that can be added to any appointment. Braiding is priced per braid and works as an add-on. A free 15-minute in-person hair goals consultation is available to plan a look, its steps, pricing and timing. Wedding and special event styling is priced by location, party size and style and requires a phone consultation and an in-salon trial first.

Booking requires a card on file. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice, and later cancellations, including same-day reschedules, are charged 50% of the service total, as are no-shows, which are charged automatically. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Payments are taken through the booking platform. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
