Lash fills are offered in any style at $120, and the fill option depends on how many natural lashes a client still has. The studio asks for roughly 40 to 50 percent retention, and a full set is needed if retention is under 40 percent. Clients who are unsure can text a photo of their lashes so the studio can advise. Three full sets are offered: the Hybrid Full Set at $200 (about 2 hours), which is half classic and half volume with texture and wispiness chosen by the client; the Wet Full Set at $200 (about 2 hours 15 minutes), a little fuller than classic with a natural look, which the studio does not recommend for short or curly lashes; and the Mega Volume Full Set at $230 (about 2 hours 45 minutes), the fullest set the studio offers, with added texture.

Booking requires a bank card saved on file. Deposits are $50 for the Hybrid Full Set, $40 for the Wet Full Set, $60 for the Mega Volume Full Set, and $20 for a lash fill; full set deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the balance paid at the appointment. Clients should arrive with a clean face and lashes, free of makeup, mascara and lash strip glue. Appointments are cancelled if a client arrives more than 5 minutes late, and the full service fee is charged. Cash and Zelle are accepted, and cash payers should bring the exact amount. The studio is accepting new clients but does not take lash fills from work done at other studios.

Training classes include Classic & Volume Training at $300 and two wispy courses at $200 each, one of them a group class in Fort Worth. Participants receive a certificate of completion for the class they chose, and the instructor does not license them. Training deposits are non-refundable, and a booked date can be moved with one week's notice. The remaining training balance is due one week before the class, and paid amounts cannot be refunded if a client cannot attend. The website describes the training as top-tier and says some clients have travelled from out of state to attend.

The studio sells lash trays, tweezers, adhesives, and other accessories and tools online. An ambassador program offers product discounts, discounts on training, first access to test products, and featured social media posts. Ambassadors are expected to be active on social media, use the products, post lash content at least once a week, and tag the business in their posts.
