LIVIA is a Tampa med spa that is open Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 7pm and Thursday through Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Pricing for Botox, dermal fillers and chemical peels is given by phone, and clients are asked to review the cancellation and refund policies before booking.

The practice is led by owner Angie Spicola, a family nurse practitioner, with Dr. Micah Craig as medical director. Its injectable menu includes Botox Cosmetic for expression lines, Jeuveau and Xeomin, hyaluronic acid fillers for volume and contour, and Radiesse. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be reversed with hyaluronidase, while calcium hydroxylapatite fillers such as Radiesse cannot. The team says it cares for clients of all ages, ethnicities, skin types and gender identities.

Laser work includes the Candela GentleMax Pro for unwanted hair, facial and leg spider veins and sun spots, and Helix CO2 fractional resurfacing for texture, sun damage, fine lines and acne scars. Skin services include microneedling and Secret RF microneedling, PRP facials, Cellenis Derma PRP, Glo2Facial, and chemical peels ranging from salicylic and glycolic to TCA-based and medium-strength VI Peel.

Weight management runs two ways: an in-person program at the Tampa clinic that includes lab work, check-ins and prescription GLP-1 medication when appropriate, and online programs through telehealth partner EllieMD, including GLP-1 microdosing and GLP-1 weight loss with no office visits. EllieMD also handles longevity, sexual health and skincare peptides with a licensed provider review, and physician-guided menopause hormone therapy is shipped to the client. Payment plans are offered through Cherry and CareCredit, with each provider handling its own applications; a financing application does not reserve an appointment.

Starts with the most conservative option and uses FDA-approved products, with licensed medical professionals performing or supervising every procedure.
