Clients can start with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through price, test strands and their goals. Questions about services can be sent through the contact page form or on Instagram. Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 36 hours ahead; later cancellations carry a 50% fee or forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged 75% of the service fee. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the appointment may be rescheduled.

Color maintenance follows set timing: a root touch-up needs color in the last 12 weeks, otherwise an all over color service is needed, and a bleach touch-up asks clients to message the stylist on Instagram first if it has been more than 8 to 10 weeks since the last visit.

The salon's work centers on cuts and color tailored to each client, with a consultation before most services.
