The menu covers short and long haircuts, traditional color such as full color, touch-ups, partial and full highlights, and bleach and tone touch-ups, plus creative color priced by the hour from $90 with a professional blow dry. Consultations are part of the process: a complimentary 20-minute consultation must be booked at least 48 hours ahead, a 15 to 30 minute new client consultation is recommended before the first service, and a consultation is also suggested before creative color and the Brazilian Blowout. Smaller services include a scalp moisturizing treatment and house-call styling, where a women's blow dry or thermal curl or flat iron styling can be done at a client's location.

Brow shaping and upper lip waxing are offered as add-ons. The salon also takes hair donations for Wigs for Kids. Donors need at least 12 inches of clean, dry hair that has not had chemical services, and a ponytail of 14 inches or more gives the most usable length. Donors who meet the requirements receive 25% off a $75 haircut.

Hours are Wednesday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the salon closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Appointments can be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations carry a rebooking fee of $25 for haircuts, $50 for color and $75 for combined services, though loyal clients can use one free emergency cancellation each year.
