On the color side, options include Blonde Me for blonde color from roots to ends with a blended root and soft grow out, Full Lived-In Color as a dimensional color, and Partial Lived-In Color, which adds foiling around the hairline and brighter pieces at the ends. Partial color is priced at $350 and usually takes about 2.5 to 3.5 hours. For clients returning after a first full color, Color Refresh ($250) covers a base and toner, all-over color or grey coverage, and Color Refresh with Face Frame ($300) also keeps the hairline bright. Blonde Me is $400 and Full Lived-In Color is $375. Color refreshes are suggested every 12 to 14 weeks for full color and every 10 to 12 weeks for Blonde Me. Every color service includes a complimentary trim, and a 20% gratuity is built into the price. Cuts longer than 3 inches are an extra charge that is discussed before cutting starts.

Extension services cover new installs, maintenance packages, tightening and K-Tips. The salon works with Natural Beaded Rows, Luna and Keratin Infused K-Tips. Natural Beaded Rows and Luna use beads, string and wefts and can be worn in updos and braids. K-Tips are single strands bonded with keratin, used for color, fullness at the hairline or bangs, or extra thickness without added length. A new install starts at $1,080 for one row, $1,650 for two rows and $1,400 for three rows, and takes about six hours or more. It includes custom color, hand-tied wefts, beadwork and a placement framework, a custom cut to blend, a hair care kit and before and after photos. Extension hair comes from a private supplier and is pre-toned, pre-rooted and silicone-free. Weft extensions need maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks to prevent damage from growing hair, and weft hair is generally good for 6 to 9 months before replacement. Maintenance packages start at $525 for one row, $625 for two and $725 for three, and vary by color. Tightening without color is $275 for one row, $375 for two and $475 for three, with row color added at $25 per row. Gratuity is included in extension pricing. K-Tip pricing varies and is quoted after a customized form is completed.

Booking policies are clear and should be read before an appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose the appointment and a cancellation fee applies. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice to avoid a charge; those made 12 hours or less ahead are invoiced for the full booked services and must be paid before rebooking. New install bookings require a non-refundable retainer, which is forfeited for cancellations made less than 72 hours ahead. Children, extra guests and pets are not permitted during appointments. Confirmations are sent 5, 2 and 1 days before each visit, and unconfirmed appointments are cancelled. No refunds are offered, adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the service, and removed extensions are not stored, so clients may take purchased hair at removal or it is discarded. The salon is open Tuesday 7:30am to 5:00pm, Wednesday 9:30am to 6:30pm, Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:30am to 3:00pm, and is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
