The salon says great hair starts with great people. It looks for attentive, generous stylists who treat each client's hair as their own, and it aims to build a space where stylists are talented, creative and supported, with customer care put first.
Visits are by appointment only, and bookings open at 8am through the booking link. Starting prices for each service are listed on the Book Now link, and the salon notes that final costs can rise depending on product use, hair length and density, and the result a client wants. Extension services require a consultation appointment before booking. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am to 4pm.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations or reschedules are charged 50% of the booked service to the card on file, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Not confirming an appointment does not cancel it, and changes can be made through the app, by phone or by email. Adjustments are offered within two weeks of an appointment, one per paid service, and refunds are not given for services already performed.
Parking includes three designated spots in the salon's lot plus some visitor spots, though parking is not guaranteed. Free street parking is available nearby, and a paid lot sits on the corner of Walnut and 35th Street.
