The brow bar offers waxing, tinting, lamination and special occasion makeup.

Team training is described as ongoing, starting at hire and continuing through a stylist's career, with in-salon workshops on topics from budgeting to wellness. The salon also runs a Paid Associate Program for recent cosmetology graduates, pairing associates one-on-one with an educator for hands-on training.
