The menu centers on facials and peels. Three HydraFacial levels are offered: the Express at $229 for 25 minutes, the Deluxe at $279 for 45 minutes, and the Platinum at $329 for 60 minutes, which adds lymphatic drainage and extended facial massage. The studio recommends a facial about once a month and describes HydraFacial as having no downtime. Chemical peels are offered for acne, dry skin, pigmentation and signs of aging. Dermaplaning removes dry, dead skin cells and peach fuzz, and it can be added to a peel, a SkinPen treatment or a facial. SkinPen microneedling uses the SkinPen Precision device, usually in a series of four to six treatments about a month apart, with a numbing cream applied first.

Acne care is a major part of the studio. Every acne client starts with a consultation, in person or by phone, which lasts about 45 minutes and comes with a Live by Skin home-care regimen. Options include Acne Bootcamp, which has an acne peel every two weeks, Monthly Acne Care, and Virtual Acne Coaching by phone with photo check-ins. Acne visits are usually two to four weeks apart. The studio does not promise a set timeline, though some clients clear acne in as little as 12 weeks. Treatments can be adapted for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in-office acne treatments usually begin about six months after isotretinoin.

The studio lists education, approachability, confidence and sustainability among its values, and says its products are cruelty-free. The boutique stocks skincare from several brands, which can be browsed in person by appointment or ordered online with shipping. VIP Facial Membership costs $99 a month and starts with a six-month commitment, including one facial each month. Members save 10% on treatments and skincare. Before a facial or peel, clients are asked to arrive without makeup, to avoid sun exposure and sunburn, and to stop using retinoids, prescription topicals and exfoliants at least five days beforehand. Cancellations or changes require at least 48 hours' notice. Payment is accepted in cash, through Apple Pay and by major cards, and e-gift certificates are available.

The studio's stated values are education, approachability, confidence and sustainability. It says every product it carries and every treatment it offers is tried by its team first.
