The salon describes itself as a team that works together, aiming for client satisfaction through consistent, predictable service and results. Its stylists include American Board Certified Colorists, and the menu is organized into color, cuts and styling, treatments and add-ons, waxing and lashes.

Signature and custom appointments begin with a consultation and finish with a complimentary blowout. Specialty services, including balayage and ombre, KC MAXX Keratin, keratin treatments, perms and event hairstyles, are booked for two hours or more and carry an automatic 18% gratuity on top of listed prices. New clients receive a demineralizing treatment before any color service, and prices can shift with hair texture and density.

Lash extension sets require a $25 consultation, which is applied to the extension service booked. The lash menu ranges from removal, tints and lifts to classic, hybrid and volume sets and refills. Waxing covers brows and face, underarms and arms, and legs.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00am to 8::00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pm; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. A credit card is required to reserve, and cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice (7 days for specialty appointments), otherwise a 50% charge applies. No-shows are charged 50% of scheduled services. Visa, Mastercard, cash and check are accepted, and cash or check payments receive 5% off. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used on products or services.
