Lash sets range from a classic set at 120 minutes to a hybrid set at 105 minutes. The volume options, Wispy Volume and Mega Volume, each take about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Wispy Volume is a textured look that can be built in different lengths and curls, and it can include varied lengths for a spikier finish. Mega Volume is a dramatic set with a full, dark lash line and added length.
Fills are scheduled by how long it has been since the last set, with options at one, two, and three to four weeks. The one-week fill is a quick touch-up before an event. Bottom lashes and accent color are shorter add-ons, and accent color adds a pop of color to the lashes in about 10 minutes.
Payment and booking details are straightforward. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. The studio charges a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
