Juliana says she has helped well over 1,000 clients and that she puts each client first. Testimonials on the site describe her as honest about what treatments can do and her prices as reasonable. The studio describes itself as more than an ordinary beauty spa and as relaxing and calming.

Appointments can be booked online through the Square page or by phone. The studio is open Tuesday from 11am to 7pm, Wednesday from 11am to 8pm, Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Products are non-refundable, but exchanges for a different product are accepted within 14 days.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin needs, and the owner aims for a friendly, unhurried visit with gentle care.
