The Acne Scar Program uses SkinPen Microchanneling every four weeks, usually across three to six treatments or more. The Anti-Aging Program mixes SkinPen microneedling, Perfect Derma peels, tailored chemical peels, Celluma LED therapy and dermaplaning. Clients are expected to apply sunscreen each day and book monthly visits.

It begins with a 45-minute virtual consultation in which the skin is assessed without makeup in natural light, and clients watch a 19-minute Face Reality video and send makeup-free photos beforehand. Products ship within 24 hours of the consultation, with bi-weekly text support and monthly 20-minute phone check-ins.

The studio stocks products from Lira Clinical, Jan Marini and Face Reality, and according to the business, it picks each product with quality as the priority. Pickup happens only by appointment, so clients should send a message beforehand to check availability. Shipping costs between $6 and $10. Hours are Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday 10 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday 11 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
