Brow visits start with mapping, where the shape is planned around each client's bone structure and finished in a bold, feathered or clean, classic style. Waxing, tinting, or waxing with tinting are offered as shorter visits.

Lash services range from tints and lifts for natural lashes to classic and hybrid extensions. The Lash Glam lift uses a keratin-infused solution followed by a charcoal or obsidian tint, and the salon says the look can make curlers or mascara unnecessary for up to eight weeks. Extensions are kept up with fills every two to three weeks; after that a full set is needed. Fills from other lash artists are not taken on, so new clients start with a removal and a full set. Removal includes adhesive dissolving, a deep cleanse and lash conditioning.

Facials center on hydration, using hyaluronic acid, botanicals and nourishing oils. The Hydrate and Bloom facial runs about 50 minutes and is listed at $80, dropping to $65 when rebooked within eight weeks of a previous facial. It is suggested every six weeks, and the Glow Ritual is booked six to eight weeks after the last facial. A deep-conditioning option suits tight or dull skin.

Arriving 15 to 20 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Changes are requested at least two days ahead; less than 24 hours' notice carries a $25 last-minute fee, and no-shows are charged. Lash extensions are non-refundable, but concerns can be raised within 48 hours of the service. A loyalty program gives 50% off after 12 visits, and gift cards are sold on the booking site.

Services are built around each client's natural features, and skin care is planned to fit the client's daily routine.
