The menu spans facials, body treatments, chemical peels, couples retreats and waxing. Signature offerings include RED Light anti-aging therapy, which uses 1,400 medical-grade LEDs under the patented LightStim technology and can be added to any service for $35 or booked alone for $55. Collagen induction therapy for the face and neck, $175, is described as using stem cell growth factors, and can be paired with a micro peel, dermaplaning or exosomes. Exosome therapy is a five-day post-treatment rather than an in-spa visit and is not suitable for inflamed or cystic acne. The two-hour Red Carpet treatment combines dermaplaning, meso-therapy, cold hammer, microcurrent sculpting, red light and oxygen therapy, a scalp massage and a hand treatment for $355.

Visits begin with arriving five minutes early, with little or no jewelry and phones on silent. Appointment times are not extended for late arrivals. First-time facial bookings made on the booking platform require a $35 deposit and are for new clients only. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours are charged at 50% of the booked service, at least 72 hours' notice is needed for cancellations or rescheduling, and no-shows often incur a full charge. Clients can text or call for last-minute openings that come up after a cancellation. Chemical peels are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

The monthly membership is $111 and includes a 60-minute facial each month, 10% off products and merchandise, 10% off any additional booked treatment, and 10% off gift cards for family and friends. Members can cancel any time after three months, and the spa describes the membership as having no upselling. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale. The spa also sells Eminence Organics skin care products and merchandise.
