The menu centers on eyelash extensions. Classic extensions apply synthetic lashes one to one onto the natural lashes, while hybrid extensions combine classic and volume styles. Clients can choose a full set, a fill that follows a previous set, or a mini-fill that adds extensions to a current set over about 30 minutes. Foreign Fills are for clients who still have at least 40% of their lashes from a previous salon, and take about 90 minutes. Lash removal takes about 20 minutes, and lash shampoo is available as an add-on.

LED-cured extensions use an adhesive that sets under an LED light. The salon says this adhesive sets instantly, while traditional adhesives take 24 hours to fully cure. An LED upgrade is included free with touch-ups and costs $25 otherwise. Clients worried about reactions to the extension adhesive can book an allergy test, in which a few lashes are applied to both eyes and clients watch for symptoms over the following days.

The semi-permanent makeup menu covers brows and eyeliner. Ombré powder brows dot pigment into the skin with darker tails that fade into a lighter start, with a three-hour initial session and touch-ups at 6 to 8 weeks. Eyeliner comes in three styles: Eyeline Enhancement, Winged Eyeliner and Dusty Eyeliner, which has a two-and-a-half-hour initial session. A brow touch-up priced at $200 must be booked within 18 months of the initial service.

UNDO removal is offered for permanent makeup brows that have become oversaturated, and for small to medium body tattoos. The removal uses a natural solution, and the salon describes it as less invasive than traditional methods. The initial session is 120 minutes.

Guests are not allowed to accompany clients to appointments. Clients are asked to turn off their phones and limit conversation during procedures, keep arms and legs still, avoid chewing gum, and limit coffee beforehand. Before appointments, clients are asked to avoid eye makeup around the eyes and heavy creams. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule.
