The studio focuses on lash extensions, with a range of set styles from fuller, more dramatic looks to lighter, more natural ones.

The sets vary in how they are built. The Hybrid set adds five to six lashes to each natural lash for a fuller look than natural lashes alone, and it needs good natural lash length and thickness to hold up. The Doll set mixes long and short lengths for a wispy, dramatic finish and is fluffed out rather than brushed through. The Volume set adds length and volume with fluffy fans placed throughout, and the Wet & Wispy set is a classic style with some flair and drama but no added volume or fluff. Free Style Me is a longer, custom appointment where the artist has full creative control, and clients agree in advance to long and short lengths, colored lashes, and wispy or glitter lashes.

Fills keep an existing set in shape between full appointments. Fill timing matters here: Hybrid fills need at least 40% of lashes remaining or a previous service 20 days ago or less, and fills booked more than three weeks after the last service are not accepted and are treated as a full set. The studio recommends a removal and full set after two Hybrid fills, and suggests Volume fills after two fills before another full set. A full set is advised after four or more weeks without a fill. Foreign fills are offered for lash sets the studio did not originally apply.

Lash removal without a new set is available and includes a full steam treatment and an eye mask. Subscriptions are a bi-monthly option for Hybrid, Volume or Classic sets and include no deposit, preferred booking, a $10 referral reward for clients who refer others, a free collagen eye mask at each appointment, and luxury lash bath removals. Clients who want to support the studio without booking a service can choose a Silver, Gold or Diamond lash donation.

The studio builds each set around the client's natural lashes, with the set style chosen to suit lash length and thickness and fills kept on a set schedule.
