Services are grouped into protective styles such as the Protective Flat Twist, heat straightening with Silk Me Out, two-strand Twist Me Up, and Just Treat Me, a shampoo, steam and blow dry without a style. A set of add-ons, from hot oil and steam treatments to a trim, can be combined with a main service. Every service includes a consultation, shampoo and conditioner. Natural styles are created using the client's own hair, with no hair added. The studio does not offer crochet or box braids or hair coloring, though a referral can be provided for color on request.
