Lisa Simone founded the studio in 2018 after 16 years as a lead esthetician at a five-star spa on Michigan Avenue. The business grew into a team in 2023. Lisa Simone still performs a personal signature treatment, The Founder's Facial, and the spa's team members work alongside her in the treatment rooms.

A visit usually begins with a skin consultation, offered in person or virtually for $100 and lasting 30 minutes. During the consultation the spa uses Observ520 skin imaging to analyze the skin, and the consultation fee is applied toward any products a client buys. Treatments are tailored to each client and can combine several technologies, including LED light therapy, ultrasound and sonophoresis, microcurrent, pulsed iontophoresis using the Dermaconcepts Triawave device, and hyperbaric oxygen as a hydration treatment and makeup base. Appointments can be booked online or by calling or texting the spa.

Some treatments carry pregnancy or health restrictions. The Glow Method and the Youth Reset with Environ Cool Peel are not suitable during pregnancy or for people with a pacemaker, and Biomodulation CIT Bio-Microneedling is not suitable during pregnancy or nursing.

Beyond appointments, the spa sells online product kits, sun care, skincare supplements and gift cards, and offers complimentary shipping on online orders over $100.
