The products are described as non-toxic and formaldehyde-free. The base price is $250 to $275 for the first two hours, with higher pricing for thick or long hair, and each additional hour costs $60. A session usually takes two to four hours, sometimes longer depending on hair thickness and length. Clients are asked not to wash or wet their hair for at least 72 hours afterward and to avoid ponytails and clips for a few days. A retouch on new growth is possible once it is at least 3 inches long, and coloring should wait at least two weeks, using only 20 vol color with no bleaching. The salon does not recommend this service for hair already damaged by heavy coloring or processing, or after recent chemical treatments within the past year, in which case keratin is suggested instead, especially when hair would be lightened more than three levels.
