Every visit begins with a consultation on lash layers, lash types and what fits the client's daily routine. Appointments happen one-on-one in a private setting, on an electric bed similar to a dental chair with pillows and blankets, and light snacks and drinks are offered during the visit.

The full sets come in four styles. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash. A hybrid set blends classic and volume placement for texture and light volume. A volume set places three or more extensions on each natural lash, depending on the health of the natural lashes. A wispy set combines texture and volume, with spikes added for length. The salon states that extensions do not damage natural lashes when they are applied professionally and cleanly. Extensions typically last two to four weeks, depending on care and the natural lash cycle.

After the appointment, clients receive written care instructions with a list of do's and don'ts and an aftercare kit. Clients are asked to wash and brush their extensions daily with the kit, wear mascara on bottom lashes only, remove eye makeup before arriving and avoid coffee beforehand. Every new client begins with a full set, and first-time clients can book a reduced-price full set.

Lip blushing is permanent makeup that adds pigment-based color and definition to the lips, with shades ranging from a natural balance of lip color to a soft matte lipstick look. A topical anesthetic is used during the appointment. The initial color fades by roughly 40 to 60 percent, so a touch-up is suggested after six to eight weeks and another two to five years later. Healing usually brings moderate swelling, redness and bruising for about five days, and peeling for three to seven days. Color settles over a couple of weeks and lightens by up to 40 percent, so results are not immediate. Clients should avoid alcohol, caffeine, smoking and tobacco for at least 24 hours beforehand, and skip lip plumping or numbing products. Pre-appointment instructions are sent by email, and appointments with an outbreak or skin irritation must be rescheduled.

Each appointment is private and one-on-one, and the salon describes itself as keeping up with growing lash trends.
