The clinic's model starts with bloodwork. A first visit includes blood work, a full consultation with a licensed provider, a full hormone and metabolic panel, and a written protocol. Nothing is charged before a provider approves a treatment, and the clinic says a clinician will plainly state when a treatment is not appropriate.

Services run from IV drip sessions and hormone optimization to aesthetic injectables, including Botox and Dysport, and medical skincare facials and peels. The offering also covers hair loss treatments, peptides, sexual wellness injections and tablets, and medically supervised weight management. Prescription options are only started after a consultation with a licensed provider. Those treatments are not right for every person, and the provider goes over the risks with each client.

Compounded medications are made by licensed pharmacies for one specific patient and are not products approved by the FDA. Insurance typically does not cover them. Telehealth prescriptions are filled by Karpa Health, a licensed pharmacy partner. Orders ship in insulated cold-chain packaging, usually arriving within two days, with tracking and an optional signature requirement. Each shipment includes syringes, alcohol wipes, and a sharps container.

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, cash, and approved financing where applicable. Memberships are offered, but the joining fee, minimum term and cancellation terms for memberships have not yet been published. Digital gift cards can be used toward any therapy offered.

According to the clinic, every protocol begins with bloodwork and a clinician review before any treatment is chosen.
