The salon is housed in a 1930s building in Scottsdale's historic arts district, just south of Indian School Road.

Haircuts and color are the core of the menu, with separate groupings for men and women. Men's services range from cuts and color to conditioning and styling, and women's services include cuts, highlights, balayage, ombré, and split end and deep conditioning treatments. New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation before their first service. Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking page.

The salon uses only SHE by SoCap hair extensions, which come in over 90 colors, in straight, wavy and curly textures and several lengths. Extensions can be attached by keratin-tipped strand-by-strand bonding, clip-ins or tape-ins, and a free 30-minute extension consultation is offered. The salon also sells its own Liquid Scissors styling products, including finishing spray, texture spray, salt spray, clay and fiber, and it is a 1% For The Planet member.

Built around consultation and cutting that suits each person's hair, with a free first visit to talk through goals before any service.
