NBR extensions are hand-tied, custom color matched and cut to each client, and attached without glue or tape using minimal contact points. The salon describes the method as lightweight, low-maintenance and discreet. NBR extensions need maintenance appointments every 6 to 8 weeks, and clients leave with a care package of products to keep their new hair looking its best.

New NBR clients begin with a complimentary consultation. They complete a digital questionnaire and upload photos of their current hair before a phone consultation. NBR pricing starts at $1,600, and a $500 non-refundable retainer holds the appointment and is applied toward the total on the day of service. Complimentary snacks and refreshments are available during appointments.

Color services include gloss and tone, color touch-ups, all-over color, partial and full blonding or balayage, and dimensional color. A haircut can be added to a color service for an additional $65. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice, and late changes carry a fee based on service duration. Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
