Every service starts with a consultation that covers skin type, previous waxing history and the result the client wants. Waxing uses a gentle, European-imported wax made without parabens. Hard wax is used for sensitive skin and removed without strips, while soft wax is used on larger areas such as legs, arms, back and chest and removed with strips. Sugaring, made from sugar, lemon and water, is offered at the Chicago studio only.

Beyond hair removal, the menu includes eyebrow shaping and design, eyebrow and lash tinting using a semi-permanent, non-toxic dye, lash lifts, lash extensions, express facials with named treatments such as the HydroPeptide Oxygen Facial and a red light therapy mask, and spray tanning at the Chicago location. Bundles combine several services, including a five-session Brazilian wax package.

Opening hours at both locations are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. The Des Plaines studio offers two-hour private party reservations for groups of four or six, priced on inquiry, with a 24-hour cancellation fee. New clients receive 20% off a first service, and students with a valid student ID receive 10% off any service; neither discount applies to bundles or packages. Gift cards range from $20 to $150. Prices start at $10 for feet and toes waxing and $60 for Brazilian waxing.
