Every visit starts with a personal consultation, used to settle on a look and a care routine that fits the client's daily life and goals. The salon works across five service groups: haircut and styling, color and blonding, extensions, smoothing, and treatments. Services are sold as starting prices, which can rise with hair length, texture and density, and with the stylist's experience, training and specialty.

Some services need a consultation first. New clients must book a blonding consultation before any blonding service, and a hair extension consultation before any extension service. Smoothing services also begin with a smoothing consultation. Color corrections and smoothing services carry a signed consent form, and extensions are quoted only after an in-person consultation.

The salon runs a color bar and sells what it describes as exclusive high-end retail products. Clients book online through a scheduling app, and a deposit secures online appointments. Stylists work on a commission basis, which the salon says gives them autonomy over their own workplace. Both locations keep the same hours: Monday and Tuesday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday through Friday 8am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.

Each visit begins with a one-on-one consultation to plan the look and upkeep around how the client lives and what they want from their hair.
