Every visit opens with a personal consultation, and stylists give each client their full appointment time. Appointments can be booked and managed online at any hour. A deposit secures online bookings. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice or missing an appointment forfeits the deposit; earlier online cancellations keep the deposit as account credit in the client profile wallet, and refunds can be requested through the front desk. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full booked service is not possible. Both locations are open Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Blonding is a major focus. New blonding clients book a blonding consultation first, which costs $50 and is credited toward the service. Options range from partial retouches and full blonding with highlights or balayage to heavy blonding using babylights or foilyage, which the salon calls its most popular blonding service. California Blonde and a two-step global bleach and toner are also offered. Custom blonding and color correction are priced at $120 per hour as a starting price. Color corrections are not eligible for complimentary adjustments and require a signed consent form.

Smoothing and extensions follow the same consultation-first approach. SmoothFiller, Keratin Complex and Pura Luxe are priced by hair length and can last up to 12, 16 and 20 weeks. The salon notes that Pura Luxe is not a hair straightening service and that it does not offer permanent straightening. Smoothing requires a signed consent form and is not eligible for adjustments or refunds. Extension options include keratin tip, sew-in weft, tape-in and textured sew-in weft styles, each after a consultation and with a signed consent form. The salon says its weft and tip products are Covet & Main or Covet & Mane pieces made from Remy hair, and that extensions can be toned or darkened but not lightened.
