Lash extension options range from a light mini set that covers about half of the natural lashes to a custom full set that can be built in natural, subtle or full dramatic volume, in black, brown or colorful lashes. A one-week mini refill is available as a touch-up. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and a fill requires at least 40 percent of the extensions to remain; less than that is charged as a full set.

Brow services include lamination, which sets the brows in place using a wax or tweeze, and a shaping clean-up that uses a wax or tweeze along with a stain or tint. Waxing is offered for the brows, upper lip, chin and full face. The Korean lash lift includes tint and is said to last six to eight weeks, and it can be booked as a bundle with brow lamination.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes free of makeup. Oil-free eyeshadow and eyeliner may be worn with extensions, but mascara and strip-lash glue are not permitted. Aftercare guidance covers washing lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser and soft brush, brushing only when fully dry, avoiding oil-based eye products, sleeping on the back, and leaving removal to a professional appointment.

Appointments are booked online and a valid credit card is required to secure them. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged half the appointment price.
