Every client can start with a free 15-minute consultation, offered virtually or in person, to review photos, hair history and goals and to settle on timing and price. Extension clients get their own free consultation, and color or installation is booked separately once the plan and hair are chosen.

Blowouts are a core part of the menu. The Signature Blowout includes a shampoo, scalp massage and styling in the client's chosen look. Extra thick, extra long or slow-drying hair can add time with the Extra Thick Hair Blowout, and extension wearers can book a wash, dry and style for their hair extensions.

Color runs from a Mini Color Refresh for existing clients, which covers roots, tone and face-framing brightness, through Partial and Full Custom Color, to Transformative Color for major changes, dark-to-light shifts and corrective work. Transformative Color begins with a detailed consultation and plan, and any extra time or sessions are discussed before starting.

For extensions, Express Extension Move-Ups are shorter maintenance visits for clean, dry hair that do not include styling or color. Signature Extension Move-Ups remove, clean and reinstall the extensions and include a shampoo and Signature Blowout.
