Each service is customized to the client rather than set to a standard formula, taking into account skin tone, natural hair color and how the client lives with their hair.

The salon's lived-in color aims for a natural, sunlit finish. Blonding services include balayage, highlights, baby lights and tip outs, all built on foiling that can be partial or full. Hand-tied extensions are worked in across one to three rows, secured to a fine weft or track, and suit straight or wavy hair.

New clients begin with a new client request form, and the salon aims to reply within 24 hours. Current clients book through the current client form or online, and are encouraged to pre-book the next visit at the end of each appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair without heavy product buildup, since buildup can affect color and bleach. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 30% of the scheduled service. Cards, Venmo and cash are accepted.

Color is planned around each client rather than a set formula, with the goal of natural, low-maintenance results.
