Brow work is the core of the business, covering nano brows, nano hairstroke and microblading, powder brows, brow lamination, and removal of unwanted brow tattoos. Facials make up the skincare side of the menu, and lip blush, eyeliner tattoo, lash extensions and waxing are also offered.

Nano brows are drawn with a very fine needle to create fine, hair-like strokes, and the salon describes them as suited to thin, patchy or uneven brows and to oily or mature skin. Nano brow appointments take about two to two and a half hours. Nano brows, nano hairstroke or microblading are listed at 550 dollars, with touch-ups listed at 150 dollars for a second session and 300 dollars for returning clients. Powder brows give a soft, filled-in makeup look that the salon says lasts two to three years. Sessions usually run two to three hours and begin with a double numbing step, and the brow shape is mapped with Phiapp software using facial measurements. Clients leave with an aftercare kit and written instructions. Ombre or powder brows are listed at 400 dollars.

Brow lamination lifts and sets the existing brow hairs into a new shape without adding hairs, and results typically last about six to eight weeks. Eyebrow tattoo removal is aimed at lightening or correcting old or unwanted brow tattoos, usually over several sessions. Eyebrow removal is listed at 150 dollars for one session or 450 dollars for a multiple-session package.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute deep clean with an LED mask to 90-minute treatments. Several facials use ProSkin Dermalogica products and BellaNova machine treatments, which the salon says help lift skin and reduce the look of wrinkles. Options include a basic facial with pressure point massage, an acne facial, a deluxe facial with hot stone massage, and a Korean face lift using HiFU for the face or the face and neck. Skin tag removal uses a gentle method, and the salon also offers special treatments for spots, moles or warts. Facials include a relaxing massage and a mask suited to skin type.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, and appointments can be booked online or by phone. Hours are 7:30AM to 6:30PM, seven days a week. Touch-ups are recommended six to eight weeks after the first permanent makeup session, and prices for permanent makeup are set after consultation and can vary with skin type, previous work and treatment complexity. Gift cards can be bought in the salon or online.

The salon uses only Phibrows techniques and products, and says its Phibrows products are tested for safety and made with hypoallergenic, dermatologically approved ingredients. Tools are sanitized and sterilized, single-use products are used where applicable, and sanitation and hygiene follow state board regulations.
