Every hair transformation begins with a personalized consultation, and consultation spots are limited and open once a month. Clients planning custom blonding start with the Reset Treatment, which clears mineral buildup, old product and damage, followed by a plan built for their hair. Clients seeking extensions begin with a Install Prep Session where the exact match is found first. Makeup requests go through an inquiry, and the studio replies within 48 hours. Bridal makeup includes a trial session, a consultation and a long-wear application.

A Guided Meditation Morning takes place on the first Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM at the South Bay studio, and a Reiki and Reset Evening runs on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM.
