Color is the core of the menu. Balayage is painted freehand for natural-looking dimension and comes in partial and full versions, with an optional base color. Highlights and lowlights range from partial, which runs from the crown to the front hairline, to full, which covers the entire head. Root touch-ups and all-over color refreshes are available for color that has faded. Bleach and tone can be taken to any blonde shade or a custom shade, and corrective color is planned at consultation to remove, correct or blend a color that has gone wrong. Color prices vary with the stylist, hair length and thickness.

Haircuts begin with a personal consultation and include a scalp and neck massage and a blowout. They are booked in one-hour blocks. Cut prices depend on hair length and thickness and on the stylist's experience, and some hair types add cost. Options include a barber cut, a fashion cut and iron work as an add-on for curls or flat-iron finishing. The salon also offers hair smoothing, professional straightening, and bridal and event styling with on-location hair and makeup.

Treatments take about 15 minutes for the bonding, scalp and hydration options, and most come with a hot towel and a scalp, hand or arm massage. Other options include chlorine therapy and a hard water relief treatment, neither of which includes a blowout, and a glossing treatment with blowout that lasts up to eight shampoos. Toning neutralizes brassy, yellow or orange undertones, and a keratin treatment typically lasts about three months with proper aftercare. Hair extensions come as TapeIn or Volume in 10-12, 14-16 and 18-20 inch lengths, plus Singles, and a booking deposit is required for extensions and volume services.

Cancelling without at least 24 hours' notice triggers a 50% charge, and a missed appointment with no cancellation is billed at the full cost of the service. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel late may be asked to pay in advance by credit card before booking again. Prices are not given over the phone; the team provides a personal estimate at the consultation. Open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 7pm, and Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
