Manicures and pedicures come in several tiers, from quick no-frills options to longer services with scrubs, masks, massage and callus work. Gel polish, regular polish and no-polish versions are priced separately, and Gel-X extensions are offered as well. Children's versions of the manicure and pedicure are available, with the children's pedicure for ages 10 and under.
During a pedicure, the salon uses a mist and warm towels in place of a soaking tub. The salon says its in-house Clean Cube station uses a hospital-grade autoclave for sterilization and that its sterilization goes beyond the industry minimum. It also says it pays its nail artists fair wages and works in a chemical-free environment.
Each location has a café serving espresso drinks, tea, wine and beer. Pregnant guests, guests with chemical sensitivities and first-time clients are welcome. Weekday visits Monday through Thursday before 3PM qualify for a discount on the Essential, Lush and Escape services.
