Facials are the core of the menu. A Customized Facial begins with a skin analysis and is shaped around the client's skin type and concerns. Named facials target specific needs: the Breakout Detox is built for acne, congestion and redness using Circadia's C2O2 protocol; the Dermaplane Facial removes dead skin and peach fuzz; the Luxe Lift is for firming and brightening; the Refine & Recover combines dermaplaning with Circadia treatment masks; the Zombie Facial is a 60-minute mask treatment; and a Teen Facial is offered for teens dealing with acne.
New clients can start with a free 45-minute first consultation to talk through skin needs and whether another service would suit them. Brows and lashes can be booked together in The Makeover, which covers brow mapping, brow wax, brow lamination and tint, and a lash lift and tint, with lip wax available on request. Bride to Be packages run over three, six or nine months and combine facials with retail and lash or brow discounts. A monthly membership includes one customized facial and one add-on of the client's choice each month.
Booking terms: cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled price, and no-shows (not arriving or contacting the business within 15 minutes of the start time) are charged 50% as well. After two cancellations or no-shows, clients can no longer book online and must prepay future appointments. Deposits and service payments are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The business notes that results are not always guaranteed.
