Color is the core of the practice. Services include hand-painted balayage, several blonding methods, and fashion shades and vivid color mixed to each client's request, from soft pastels to bold, saturated tones. Fashion shades can also be kept subtle as an accent, such as a money piece, a peek-a-boo panel or a face-framing tone. Hair extensions are custom, color-matched to the guest's hair, and chosen for length, fullness, volume or a combination.

The practice keeps its book intentionally small so each guest has time for the appointment and for aftercare. Balayage visits usually run three to four hours, depending on hair length, density and starting color, and most balayage guests return every three to four months, with an optional gloss refresh in between. Glossing and toning are also available as shorter standalone visits between full blonding appointments.

Appointments are scheduled in person or through the online booking page, which shows real-time availability and pricing. Chair hours are Tuesdays 8:00 to 7:00, Wednesdays 2:30 to 8:00, Fridays 8:00 to 7:00, and every other Saturday 9:00 to 4:00. New guests begin with a complimentary consultation, balayage includes a consultation, and extensions require one before booking.

Hair health is placed ahead of the color result, and each visit is treated as a slow, considered consultation rather than a rushed appointment.
