The services are grouped into consultations, facials, peels, specialty treatments, brow and lash services, and waxing. Newcomers typically book the First Time Visit, a 2 hour 30 minute appointment that includes a skin analysis and a Signature Facial. Peels can only be booked after a First Time Visit that includes a Signature Facial. The one-hour Power Lunch facial costs $150 and combines a resurfacing enzyme or acid peel, LED light and hyperbaric oxygen infusion, but does not include extractions, masks or massage.

Specialty treatments include collagen induction, performed with fine needles and combined with exosomes and frozen cryo amino acids, and nano-needling with dermal infusion, in which a tailored mix of retinols, peptides, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and stem cells is delivered through fine needles and left on overnight. LED light therapy is part of facials and is also available on its own. Intensive oxygen sessions can be booked as a series or scheduled between facials. Lip and brow waxing is free with a Signature Facial. During a facial, the only extras offered are brow and lash tinting.

Retail is part of the business. The studio sells skin care from brands including Advanced Biology, Circadia, Colorscience, Cosmedix, DNA Skin Institute, Le Mieux, Luzern Laboratories, Skin by Jane Mann and X08 Cosmeceuticals. The studio says it uses the same products in treatments that it sells for home care. Orders ship within the continental United States by USPS Priority Mail; shipping is free over $150, and smaller orders pay a flat $10 fee. Products can be returned within 30 days for store credit.

The studio says it customizes treatments and products for each client, pairing in-studio work with home care over time, and does not believe one-size-fits-all treatments or products work. Clients are told products are recommended only when they suit their needs and goals.

Treatments take place on a pad containing 30 pounds of amethyst crystal.
