Each service includes a day pass to the club, and guests can arrive up to two hours early to use the workout areas, steam room and sauna before an appointment. Every guest also gets 2.5 hours of complimentary child care on the day of service for children aged one and older. Infant care is by reservation from 12 weeks old, and care for children two and older runs on set hours through the week.
The hair menu covers cuts, all-over color, bleach and tone, balayage, foil highlights and gloss. Glosses add shine, soften the hair and can even out tone changes caused by the mineral-heavy local water. Fusio-Dose deep conditioning is built from up to 30 Kerastase concentrate and booster combinations, chosen after a stylist assesses the hair, and it can be added to another service or booked alone. K18 is a leave-in treatment that can be added to a service without extra time. Extensions come in K-Tip and weft styles, with the hair included in the price, and vivid, fashion and fantasy color are also offered.
Skin care starts with a custom facial, designed after a consultation with an esthetician for concerns such as wrinkles, acne, pores, scarring, texture and dark spots. Other options include HydraFacial, dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling for the full face and neck, SkinStylus nanoneedling, and Knesko collagen masks as add-ons or stand-alone treatments. Lash and brow services cover fills, full-set extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles, lash lift with tint, and brow lamination. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel, Gel-X, Plexigel and Dazzle Dry.
Body services include custom massage with deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy and sports recovery options, prenatal massage for expecting guests after the first trimester, and CBD massage using CBD in place of traditional oil. A CBD balm can be added to a session as a targeted spot treatment. Reiki and cupping are available stand-alone or as add-ons. The business says its body services are performed by certified therapists.
Bookings are made online through the business's booking site, starting with choosing services, then a provider, then an appointment time. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and a late cancellation or reschedule can be charged 50% of the scheduled services. A no-show is charged the full service price. The business is cashless and accepts major credit cards, LifeSpa gift cards and digital wallets. Guests who want to pay in cash can buy a Life Time gift card with cash from the concierge at check-in.
