The team aims to understand what each client needs from their hair and to build a personalized style around it. Services are organized into color, styling, treatments, extensions and consultation, so a visit can be planned around a single goal or a larger change.

Color work covers all-over dye or tint for color changes, grey coverage and cosmetic shifts, along with permanent and semi-permanent options. Highlighting ranges from partial highlights that cover about half the head to full highlights, ombre gradients and combined color-and-highlight appointments. Premium blonding is offered with a tip-out for clients moving from dark hair to light, or for those who want an all-over or dimensional blonde. Color correction is available for tone problems, and gloss or toner appointments are a shorter option.

Styling includes a basic blow-dry, a women's blow-dry using a dryer and styling brush, and up-dos for special occasions. Treatments include a conditioning service that restores protein and moisture, and a Brazilian Blowout relaxer that smooths the cuticle and reduces frizz.

Extensions are placed close to the scalp by weaving, braiding or bonding, in real or synthetic hair. Removal and touch-up appointments are also offered, and a consultation is available at no charge before booking extensions or other services.

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 20 percent of the scheduled service cost, and no-shows are charged the full service price. The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Wednesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
