LG Artistry was launched in 2016 by Lauren, a professional makeup artist who has worked in makeup since 2012 and has worked with hundreds of brides since starting the business. The business is makeup only and does not offer hair services.

Services include bridal makeup, special event makeup for occasions such as engagements, galas, baby showers and nights out, and styled photo shoot makeup for branding, maternity, engagement, lifestyle and similar shoots. Bridal add-ons include individual lashes and tattoo coverage.

Clients with allergies or sensitivities are asked to say so at booking and to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Booked brides receive a Beauty Prep Guide in their Bridal Portal covering skincare and timelines, along with a list of recommended hair stylists. Lauren is the lead artist for most bridal bookings; if she is unavailable, a senior artist is assigned, and an assistant artist may complete bridal party makeup. Travel to clients is offered across Long Island and beyond, and travel fees may apply depending on location. For styled photo shoots, the business can recommend photographers from its network.
