The team offers on-location hairstyling for weddings and works on hair only, referring makeup artists on request. Bridal trials take place at the salon, while wedding-day styling is done on location. Trials are for booked brides only, require a signed contract, are booked with the assigned stylist, and are recommended one to two months before the wedding. Bridal inquiries need a minimum of five services to book.

Returning clients contact their own stylist directly with booking questions, alterations or concerns. Gift cards are tied to a specific stylist, must be bought through that stylist's link, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are valid for that stylist's services, in-store retail products and bridal hairstyling invoices.
